 Activities at North Jersey Country Club are not only limited to golf. Tennis has been a part of the North Jersey Leisure culture since 1924. The racquets facilities were significantly upgraded in 1976 to its current level when four lighted tennis courts and two lighted paddle courts were built. The four tennis courts are the same Deco surface that is used for the US Open at the United States Tennis Center in New York. The courts were resurfaced in the summer of 2006. Paddle Tennis continues to be a popular winter sport. David Fear North Jersey’s Racquet Professional has been coordinating the racquet activities for over twenty two years. There are always weekday clinics, junior activities and many evening social events that occur each season. |
