Servers, Bartenders, Bussers

We are looking for both Full-Time and Part-Time Servers, Bartenders, and Bussers who want to help us exceed our Members and Guests expectations. We are looking for at least 3 years minimum high-end restaurant/country club experience for both servers and bartenders and 1 year minimum experience for bus boys.

Summary of Positions:

  • Acknowledge members and guests immediately with a smile.
  • Inform members and guests of any specials and have a full understanding the menu to answer any questions.
  • Take beverage orders and serve in a timely manner.
  • Ensure food order is correct before serving to the members and guests.
  • Monitor tables closely and be attentive to member and guest needs.
  • Clear empty plates and glasses from tables.
  • Prepare sections and side stations, i.e., make sure tables are cleaned and set properly.
  • Prepare silverware neatly and quickly at table.

 
This is a fast paced, high volume environment involving constant interaction with members while maintaining an upbeat, positive attitude. Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred.
